A minimum 2 night stay is required for all weekend reservations in June, July, August and New Years.

A deposit of 25% of total stay is required at time of booking.

Deposit is refundable minus a 5% administration fee if cancellation is received:

  • October 1 to May 31 (except Holidays) - 7 days in advance
  • June 1 to Sept 30th and all Holidays -  21 days in advance
  • New Years - 30 days in advance
